Not the same school but Trevor Brooking at Ilford county high and Noel Edmonds at the Glade school, both schools just up the road from my school, Mossford Green
Also Ken Aston the referee who came up with the red and yellow card system was headmaster of Newbury Park juniors which was the school in upper floor above mine at Gearies Secondary

Russel Brand, but he would have been a first year while I was a 5th year, so I would never have noticed him. He would have noticed me though, because of course I was running tings there, and I was one of the only West Ham there, and everyone knew it.
